OUTDOOR Classes – Starting on Tuesday, August 25th – Please read carefully!!
Chair Yoga with Lisa – Tuesday, August 25, 2020 – 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. 

QiGong with Renee – Tuesday, August 25, 2020 – 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.

Pilates with Lisa – Thursday, August 27, 2020 – 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.  

The following procedures have been put into place for everyone’s safety.

1. All classes will have limited capacity in order to maintain 6ft social distancing.

2. Registration will be taken on a first come first serve basis.

3. Pre-registration is required (NO walk-ins will be allowed)

4. Due to lack of space please advise if a cancellation is needed.

5. A face mask MUST be worn at all times.

6. There will be NO water/coffee served.  Please bring your own beverage.

7. Participants MUST bring your own Yoga Mats.

8. Chairs will be available but please feel free to bring your own.
