Live Zoom exercise classes are here! They may be virtual, but you’ll still be able to say Hi to your SRC friends and favorite instructors while having a front row seat! Here’s the schedule starting on November 9th:
Mondays at 9:30 am: Qigong with Renee
Tuesdays at 9:30 am: Chair Yoga with Lisa
Wednesdays at 9:30 am: Tai Chi/Qigong with Stan
Thursdays at 9:30: Pilates with Lisa
