Chair Yoga

$2.00Yoga done in a chair with some standing postures. Appropriate for seniors and people with physical limitations. Led by instructor Lisa Franey.
This class is currently being held outdoors in the parking lot of the Church of the Messiah (50 Route 24 Chester, NJ). In the event of rain or extreme heat, class will be held indoors in the Sanctuary. It is also available via Zoom. Masks are only required for unvaccinated individuals when held indoors.
