Project Healthy Bones

Project Healthy Bones is an evidence-based exercise program for people with or at risk for osteoporosis. The sessions include exercises to improve strength, balance, and flexibility, and education on nutrition, safety, drug therapy, and lifestyle related to osteoporosis.
This program is offered in partnership with Norwescap RSVP. Classes are led by peer leaders who are trained on a regular basis.
Classes are currently taking place on
Wednesdays at 9:30-10:30 AM
and
Wednesdays at 11 AM – 12 PM.

Norwescap RSVP & Volunteer Resource Center is a recognized leader in providing evidence-based Health Programs to our local communities in Morris, Warren and Passaic Counties. These programs use volunteer peer leaders to offer exercise and health education courses which target specific conditions or ailments. Visit their website here.
