Balance & Bones

Balance & Bones is an exercise program for people with or at risk for osteoporosis. The sessions include exercises to improve strength, balance, and flexibility, and education on nutrition, safety, drug therapy, and lifestyle related to osteoporosis.

Classes are currently taking place on

Wednesdays at 9:15-10:30 AM

and

Wednesdays at 11 AM – 12 PM.
