Healthy Bones

Healthy Bones will take place INSIDE in the Sanctuary of the Church of the Messiah. The sanctuary has a recently installed UV filtration system. Participants are required to wear their mask regardless of vaccination status.
Project Health Bones is an evidence-based exercise program for people with or as risk for osteoporosis. The sessions include exercises to improve strength, balance and flexibility, and education on nutrition, safety, drug therapy, and lifestyle related to osteoporosis.
