Instructor David Cross leads fun, energetic line dances that help increase flexibility, stamina, balance & fitness. We will be dancing to a variety of music including Popular & country It is a great, low-impact way to exercise and feel better!
This class is held INDOORS in the Sanctuary of the Church of the Messiah (50 Route 24 Chester, NJ), where there is a UV air filtration system. Please email info@srcnj.org to make a reservation or for more information.
