September 27 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
Did you know that 1 in 3 adults don’t get enough sleep? Sleep problems can take many forms and can involve too little sleep, too much sleep, or inadequate quality of sleep. Join us to learn why sleep is important, reasons for not being able to sleep, and tips on how to improve sleep.
Alicyn Link has been in the field of Sleep Medicine for 27 years and is a Registered Sleep Technologist and Clinical Sleep Educator. She is a Lead Technologist for Atlantic Health Sleep Centers and the AWAKE Group Coordinator (Sleep Apnea Support Group) for over 11 years. Educating the community on sleep disorders, helping those who have been diagnosed become comfortable with their treatment and seeing the difference it makes for them are just some of the many aspects she loves about her chosen field.
