Learn how to take control and responsibility for your body, mind, and spirit. As certified Qigong therapist, Renee Dorn, helps you understand and alleviate energetic blockages that, if not addressed, can manifest disease in the body, discomfort in the spirit, and distress to the mind.

This class is currently being held outdoors in the parking lot of the Church of the Messiah (50 Route 24 Chester, NJ). It will also be available via Zoom. Masks are not required outdoors. Please email info@srcnj.org to make a reservation or for more information.
